Abstract

The analysis was made to solve the following tasks of organizing vehicle satellite tracking system. Problem. The checkpoints in the route where the measurements will be accomplished were identified as well as the indicators and qualifiers during tracking. The main techniques and measurement tools for vehicle tracking system and the frequency of taking readings from measuring instruments were determined. Methodology. To solve these problems, it is necessary to develop mathematical models of vehicle tracking system, which allows to cover the process of organization and planning quite fully, and provide the decision-making process in different situations of different computational problems complexity. The goal of the article is to increase the efficiency and credibility of tracking by developing a method of organizing vehicle tracking system, which will allow to obtain rational decisions in terms of fuzzy initial data in the selectable control points, indicators at each points and types of measuring instruments, as well as to identify the quantity of measurements of each indicator. The solving of the task of organizing vehicle tracking system is divided into two stages. The first stage of organizing vehicle tracking system is to identify subsets of feasible solutions. The final stage is the organization of vehicle tracking system where corresponding subsets of rational solutions will be allocated into subsets of feasible solutions. As a result the developed method of organization of vehicle tracking system was applied. The practical aspect is the possibility to obtain rational decisions in terms of fuzzy initial data in the selectable control points, indicators at each points and types of measuring instruments, as well as to identify the quantity of measurements of each indicator. The originality of the developed method is the usage of fuzzy initial data, which allows to make tracking more adequate and complete.
