Abstract

A method and apparatus are developed for measuring the dielectric loss factor and permittivity as functions of a controlling electric field for nonlinear dielectric ceramics at frequencies of 200–2000 MHz. Data on these dependences are shown for ferroelectric ceramic samples of BaxSr1–xTiO3 with different compositions and control voltages up to 10 kV.
