Abstract
The handling and processing of the large size meteorological datas are difficult task for environmentalist, Engineers and geoscientist. The meteorological data processing programs are available in the web with high cost. However, the obtained data sets should be process and shortlist based on the requirement of software package. Further the available softwares are not easy for young researchers and student communities. In this simple program, we discussed about step wise processing of raw meteorological data and plotting the wind rose diagram. This program can be used to plot the other atmospheric parameters including concentration of gaseous pollutants and physical parameters of the atmosphere.
