Abstract

Based on the analysis of the monthly average maximum temperature of the hottest month in Zhejiang in the past 10 years, this paper concludes that the average maximum temperature of the hottest month in Zhejiang for many years is 36.2 °C, and 30% of the weather stations have a high average maximum temperature for the hottest month. At 35 °C. At present, Zhejiang Power Grid adopts 40 °C ambient temperature as the current-carrying capacity verification boundary condition. It is an operation strategy formulated to ensure the safety of the equipment under extreme conditions. It is reasonable, but the safety margin is slightly larger. Through the analysis of real meteorological data, we have grasped the spatial and temporal distribution of environmental temperature in the province, and based on this, revised the summer meteorological boundary conditions for the verification of the current carrying capacity of the overhead transmission lines of the Zhejiang main grid to “ambient temperature 36.5 °C, wind speed 0.5 m/s, sunshine 1000 W/m2, irradiation coefficient 0.9, absorption coefficient 0.9”, which can increase the transmission capacity of the main grid line by 6%∼10%.
