Abstract
目的 探讨外周血淋巴细胞(PBL)中金属硫蛋白(MT)基因表达作为镉接触生物标志物的可行性. 方法 选择职业接触镉的人群,进行接触评定和效应评定,分离淋巴细胞进行体外培养,测定 MT 基因表达水平. 结果 镉接触工人PBL的基础、诱导的MT表达水平分别为1.57±0.57、3.6 2±1.02,明显高于对照组(1.24±0.45、2.68±0.78),差异有显著性(P<0.05). 随尿镉、血镉和镉摄入量水平上升,镉接触工人PBL的MT基础表达和诱导表达都增高.MT基础和诱导表达与血镉水平显著相关(偏相关系数分别为0.493和0.591);同时与尿镉也显著相关(偏相关系数分别为0.314和0.334).血镉水平与MT基础表达和诱导表达存在剂量-效应关系.结论 PBL中MT基因表达作为镉接触的生物标志物是可行的.
