Abstract

In order to analyze the paths and distribution characteristics of stray current flowing into the power grid, this paper uses CDEGS software to establish a coupling model including the metro line and the surrounding power grid and considering the metal structures. The distribution and flow paths of stray currents in the power grid are simulated and analyzed. The results show that the cable armoring connection to the grounded grids of the metro and substation is the metal path, through which the stray current flows into the power grid. Stray currents can also invade the grid through the soil.
