Abstract
Macrophages In article number 2214842, Chao Fang and co-workers develop a macrophage-drug delivery system (Mφ-DDS) with doxorubicin (DOX)-loaded polymeric nanoparticles (NPs) on cell surface, named as [email protected]φ. At the tumor site, the photothermal effect can disintegrate the cell-nanoparticle composites and liberate DOX-NP for improved cellular uptake and chemotherapy.
