Abstract
The best way to introduce you to the International Academy of Chiropractic Neurology (IACN) would be to ask you to simply look at the stunning quality of the individuals who comprise the IACN membership. Authors, educators, and a wide variety of practitioners of chiropractic neurology have joined the IACN in a common spirit, leading to IACN's well-deserved reputation for diversity and excellence. Since 1997, the IACN has been an international leader in the field of chiropractic neurology. Upholding the highest standards, the IACN has accomplished many firsts in chiropractic specialty education. Only qualified chiropractic physicians are eligible as students in the program and for diplomate certification. Only programs sponsored by Council on Chiropractic Education (or equivalent)–accredited chiropractic institutions are accepted toward diplomate status. Many of the founding members of the IACN were members of the first chiropractic specialty organization to use the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners to develop a specialty examination for chiropractic neurologists.
