Abstract
Message from the Editors Shengli Feng and Virginia Yip We are pleased to announce that Professor Jie XU (徐杰) will serve as Co-Editor of the Journal of Chinese Linguistics (JCL) beginning in January 2023. A distinguished scholar in the field, Professor Xu is currently Dean of Arts and Humanities at the University of Macau. It is our honor and pleasure to have Prof. Xu take up the role of Co-Editor. We look forward to working with him. We'd like to thank colleagues who reviewed one or more papers for JCL during the period from December 2021 to November 2022.
