Abstract
The study aims to determine the effect of manual therapy and pilateson daily life activity with profession-related musculoskeletal problems. Two groups have been formed, where only pilates, manual therapy and pilates are performed together. Before each treatment, 6 weeks after the treatment and 9 weeks after the treatment, daily life activity was assessed by the SF-36 healthy life scale. Significantly, improvement on daily life activities was observed in some variables belonging to the study groups, especially in the pilates group with manual therapy.
