Abstract

A 50-year old woman had a medical history of high blood pressure and heart rhythm disorder. She complained about abdominal pain lasting for 1 month. The physical examination was normal. Computed tomography showed a well limited and heterogenous mesenteric mass. It was 5 cm in diameter. It had a close contact with the jejunal mesenteric vessels (Fig). An exploratory laparotomy was performed for a symptomatic abdominal mass. A total cystectomy was performed without intestinal resection. The postoperative course was uneventful.
