Abstract
It is well known that the construction of holomorphic or meromorphic functions is retraced to the study of the Cauchy-Riemann operator. The current article, after recalling this happens in the complex line, discusses the same problem on the elliptical curve (doubly periodic meromorphic functions). Afterwards a parameter is introduced and the previous problem is extended to universal family of the elliptical curves.
