Abstract
While Covid-19 had a significant impact on M&A activity in 2020, Atlas Copco, Camfil, Ceco Environmental, Culligan, DuPont, Filtration Group, Freudenberg, Gardner Denver, Grundfos, GVS, Interpump, Metso Outotec, Sartorius, SPX Flow and XPV Water Partners all announced or completed deals in the first half of the year. This review lists the main filtration- and separation-related M&A transactions between January and June 2020. The February 2021 issue of Filtration Industry Analyst will look at the July–December 2020 period.
