Abstract

The purpose of the article is to present the participation of mercenary terrorists in the 44-day Artsakh war, to emphasize their impact on the end result. The aim is to justify the implication of mercenary terrorists of other foreign countries to Turkey. Symbolic methods were used in the research: data collection, analysis, comparison, comparison, generalization. The results of the study led to the following conclusion: the borders of present-day Azerbaijan were drawn with the participation of both members of aggressive military operations and members of international terrorist organizations, particularly jihadists, which is unprecedented in world history: in fact, international borders were drawn by terrorists. This may be a legitimate right (trump card) for the Republic of Armenia to return the lost Armenian territories and settlements after some time. In fact, the Artsakh (NK) issue is one of the main components of ensuring lasting security in the South Caucasus, the final settlement of which can return to the diplomatic arena by providing a humanitarian component, including internationalization, condemnation and punishment of mercenary terrorists.
