Mentoring as an effective tool of pedagogical activity in the training of mid-level medical specialists

Abstract

The article highlights the system of organization of mentoring in the technical school of the MIFI on the basis of the social and humanitarian department. The main directions in the training of medical students are presented, mentoring models that are implemented during the educational process are considered.
