Abstract
Both cardiac illness and mental stress are more common in contemporary life. Common mental stress included depression and anxiety. Others include post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and other mental illnesses. Several recent studies have shown that mental stress is closely related to some common heart diseases, such as coronary heart disease, cardiovascular disease, heart rate variability, and myocardial ischemia brought on by mental stress (MSIMI),which have sparked researchers' interest in the connection between mental stress and cardiac disease. There is a lot of epidemiology research between mental health and heart disease among different people. Different ages, sex, and ethnic group of people may suffer various levels of mental stress, leading to different outcomes in the aspect of heart disease. Researchers suggest an indirect relationship between mental stress and heart disease after the epidemiology evidence. In addition, the Discovery of direct pathology is still in progress. This paper introduces Popular proposed mechanisms, including HPA, SNS, PNS and inflammation, which share the common biomarkers, molecular circuits, or biological responses. These are similar mechanisms that participate in both mental stress and heart disease.
