Abstract

Introduction: Poor mental health in men is an increasing global health concern, but men are reluctant to participate in traditional mental health treatments. Male-only interventions targeting lifestyle behaviours (e.g., physical activity) have shown promise for improving men's physical health, but the impact of these programs on psychological outcomes has not been evaluated. This systematic review was conducted to examine the impact of male-only lifestyle behaviour change interventions on men's mental health.
