Mental health issues among adolescents have become a pressing global concern, with significant implications for their well-being and future. This paper examines the current situation of adolescent mental health across the world, with a particular focus on India. It explores the factors contributing to mental health challenges in this age group, analyzes the existing initiatives and policies, and proposes a comprehensive approach to address these issues. The study highlights the need for awareness, accessibility, early intervention, and collaborative efforts to pave the way for a healthier future for adolescents in India.
