Abstract
This Workshop provides an overview of sport-related concussion (SRC), with a focus on the identification and treatment of mental health symptoms after SRC. We will discuss concussion pathophysiology, common signs/symptoms of SRC, emerging evidence on common presentations/clinical profiles of youth after SRC, clinical evaluation of SRC, appropriate referrals/treatment of SRC, and the value of psychiatry in managing mental health symptoms after SRC.
