Abstract
Mental health has become a concern for the world. As a worker in the field of science and technology who has made outstanding contributions to the changes in the world, spiritual issues are also very important. This article uses logistic regression models to analyze the data and find the performance and factors associated with mental health. Through analysis, it was found that gender [Male (β = -0.73)], family history [Yes (β = 1.57)], benefits [Yes (β = 0.52)], care options [Yes (β = 0.91)], leave [Somewhat difficult (β = 0.64), Very difficult (β = 0.77)], mental health consequence [No (β = -0.39)], coworkers [Some of them (β = 0.72), Yes (β = 1.44)], supervisor [Yes (β = -0.44)], and mental health interview [No (β =0.49)] have a greater impact on mental health. With this method, employers can have more opportunity to know the solution of their employees’ mental health.
