Abstract
Objective To study the psychological health situation of emergency nurse and its'related factors,so as to provide scientific basis for the nursing-training in the hospital.Methods Emergency nurses'working environment and psychological health situation in three-level hospitals were analyzed.Results(1)The factorial scores of Symptom Checklist-90(SCL-90)in emergency nurses were lower than those of national norm except the body,forced,anxiety.(2)The psychological health situations in emergency nurses were related with educational backgrounds and work time.The psychological health situations were better in those with longer work time than in those with shorter one.The total mean scores and all factorial in low educational group were higher than those in high educational group,but there was no statistical significance(P＞0.05).Conclusions The psychological health of emergency nurses is well in total.The heavy work and unpredictable questions of the emergency nurses are the main reasons for psychological health.In order to improve psychological health situation and work effectively,the emergency nurses should enhance their abilities of resisting pressure,strengthen stress training.
