Abstract
Background: Menstrual bleeding in adolescents with developmental delays can be difficult to manage; caregivers have several options for menstrual suppression. The purpose of this study is to prospectively follow indications, clinical characteristics, and outcomes of patients with developmental disabilities receiving menstrual suppression in the pediatric and adolescent population at a tertiary Children's hospital.
