Abstract
A 42-year-old woman developed eosinophilic meningitis after exposure to cats. Brain magnetic resonance imaging showed numerous areas of abnormal enhancement. A lung nodule contained eosinophilic infiltrates. Toxocara antibodies were present in serum and cerebrospinal fluid. Meningoencephalitis and visceral larva migrans due to Toxocara cati are postulated.
