Menadžement u zdravstvenim ustanovama Crne Gore

Abstract

Health management refers to the efficient use of resources and enabling people to work together to achieve specific goals. The specificity and complexity of the healthcare system make it not easy to define the concept of health management. Health management is the sum of all the measures taken to plan, organize, implement and evaluate many elements related to the health system; or health care management is organized and developed a system of appropriate rules, functions and tasks carried out by responsible and specific individuals at different levels of health care in order to improve the health of people. Three types of managers, directors can be identified in the health system of Montenegro. At the same time, there is no direct control of the work of health institutions in order to assess their work, but control is carried out on the basis of reports from the director. However, a good healthcare system requires good control, both for each health institution, and for each individual. A good legal solution is that health institutions have a Board of Directors.
