Bullock, USNR-R,: graduated from the State University of New York Maritime College in 1957. receiving his BE (Marine) degree and a commission in the U.S. Naval Reserve. Subsequent thereto, he attended Massachusetts Institute of Technology from which he received his MS degree, and then later the Harvard School of Business Management where he completed the Program for Management Development. Currently, he is the Chief of the Division of Engineering. Maritime Administration. An active member of A.S.N.E. since 1963, he served on the Society's Council from 1971 until 1973. and at present as a member of the Flagship Section is serving as Chairman of its Arrangements Committee.Search for more papers by this authorTHOMAS G. In 1972 he received his MS degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
