Abstract
In the given paper introduce the new compression method for digital map images using fusion of memorability interoperability compressions technique and DWT. In that introduce a storage system for the digital map images, which support compact storage size, decompression of partial image and smooth transition of the image. In this compare the proposed scheme with other scheme. Upgrade the image quality of map images which help to communicate for the later. The system is capable of improving the overall performance of the system under test. DBHT (DWT based hybrid technique) form a high compression ratio and PSNR value which improve the excellence of image.
