Abstract
Memory-correlator cells operated in the c-band microwave frequencies, employing the scheme of the acoustically induced charge hologram, are described. The cell structure is a quasi-TEM mode resonant circuit built on the piezoelectric crystal, such as CdS. The structure combines the circuit and the storage media together. The experimental device is able to store a 7-bit signal in a volume of 3.10 <sup xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">-4</sup> cm <sup xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">3</sup> .
