Abstract

Learning as an activity learners will be more effective if there is interaction, both between learners with learners, among learners with educators constructively, as well as students with resources and learning tools. By interacting learners can see, hear, reasoning and conduct or activity that allows learners can construct knowledge and new learning experiences. learning by interaction strategies that can build mathematical connection capabilities implemented in three stages: preliminary activities, core activities, and closing activity. In these three stages, there are several actions performed educators to achieve its objectives. Learning by interaction strategy can build mathematical connection capabilities D1 grade students in primary Prodi IAIN Jember, ie 86% of learners can connect the concept of equality and inequality, and could use them in everyday life. Overall learning outcomes have reached complete learn classical, where 93% of students have achieved learning outcomes scores 70 or more, with an average score of 81.7.
