Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of the principal's charismatic leadership, religious literacy culture, and library services on the quality of graduates at Hayatan Thayyibah High School, Sukabumi City. This study uses a quantitative approach with survey methods. The research population was 10 and 11th grade students at Hayatan Thayyibah High School, Sukabumi City, totaling 172 with 120 samples. Data collection techniques used questionnaires in the form of google forms with barcodes and interviews, data analysis techniques using SPSS and Smart PLS second order intervention (moderation). The results of this study at Hayatan Thayyibah High School, Sukabumi City, obtained: 1) The charismatic leadership of the principal has a positive and significant effect on the culture of religious literacy 25.6%, 2) The charismatic leadership of the principal has a positive and significant effect on the quality of graduates 35.8%, 3 ) Library services have a positive and significant effect on literacy culture 54.4%, 4) Library services have a positive and significant effect on graduate quality 41.7%, 5) Religious literacy culture has a positive and significant effect on graduate quality by 20.6%, 6 ) Charismatic leadership has a positive and significant effect on the quality of graduates mediated by a culture of religious literacy 6.6%, 7) Library services have a positive and significant effect on the quality of graduates mediated by a culture of religious literacy 10.9%. The research findings of each indicator in each variable are able to boost the quality of graduates.
