Abstract

Here melting heat and heat generation characteristics in radiated stagnant point flow of Carreau fluid are addressed. Heterogeneous–homogeneous chemical processes are utilized to elaborate the phenomenon of mass transfer. Nonlinear partial differential systems are reduced to the ordinary ones through transformation procedure. The modeled nonlinear systems are computed implementing bvp4c scheme. Residual errors are achieved through optimal homotopy technique. Optimal estimations of auxiliary variables are presented. Physics associated with the considered flow problem is described in detail graphically. The obtained results are compared with published literatures and reasonable agreement is found.
