Abstract
We report four cases of primary anorectal melanoma collected in our department as well as, the epidemic aspects, the diagnosis and therapeutic problems of this pathology in view of the data in the literature. The prognosis of these primary anorectal melanoma depends on the thickness of the parietal seepage.
