Abstract
Relatamos caso de melanocitoma de disco optico associado a membrana neovascular sub-retiniana. O paciente apresentava diminuicao da visao, presenca de descolamento seroso de retina, com hemorragia e exsudacao e foi encaminhado com o diagnostico de melanoma de coroide e sugestao de enucleacao. Sao discutidas as principais caracteristicas dos dois tumores e os detalhes do diagnostico diferencial.
