Abstract

The purpose of the present investigation was to develop a program of vocational counseling, which allows the participants, students of Secondary Education, to improve their vocational maturity taking into account their level of vocational self-efficacy. Three groups were made considering their level of career self-efficacy. The results obtained in this investigation show that the students belonging to the experimental group improved better than the students belonging to the control group in most of the analyzed variables. The three groups established considering their level of career self-efficacy obtained significant improvements in the postest, showing no significant differences among them.
