Megastigmane glycosides from Lonicera gracilipes var. Glandulosa

Abstract

Two new megastigmane glycosides, (6 R, 7 E, 9 R)-9-hydroxy-4, 7-megastigmadien-3-one 9- O-[α- l-arabinopyranosyl-(1 → 6)-β- d-glucopyranoside] and (6 S, 7 E, 9 R)-6,9-dihydroxy-4, 7-megastigmadien-3-one 9- O-[α- l-arabinopyranosyl-(1 → 6)-β- d-glucopyranoside], were isolated from the leaves of Lonicera gracilipes var. glandulosa. Their absolute stereostructures were elucidated on the basis of spectral and chemical evidence.
