Both will be given for the first reference to a manuscript; thereafter only Molinier's numbers will be cited. Many liturgical compositions from Cambrai or surrounding regions are edited by C. Blume and G. M. Dre ves in Analecta Hymnica Medii Aevi, 55 vols., Leipzig, 1886-1922 (hereafter cited as AH). AH uses Le Glay's numbers; where numbers in parentheses appear, these are Molinier's.
