Abstract
As we prepare to enter the busy holiday season, it is typical to reflect on one's recent accomplishments, current status and future goals. As an associate editor of JAPhA for publications related to medication therapy management (MTM) and a community pharmacy faculty member, my year-end thoughts reflect on the progress of our profession in the area of MTM.
