Abstract
Most renal cell carcinomas (RCCs)are not sensitive to chemotherapy and radiotherapy.A-long with the rapid progress of immune cell,tumor vaccine and molecular biology technology,immune therapy and target therapy both have promising prospect.In medical oncology,traditional cytokine therapy remain to be indispensable,while molecular targeted therapy has been introduced into routine clinical practice and has shown good effect.
