Abstract
In the Dec 26 issue ofThe Journal, Appendix I, Table 2, of<i>Medical Education in the United States 1976-1977</i>contained several errors in reporting tuition data. On page 2832, the estimated tuition for 1978-1979 for Rush Medical College, Illinois, should be $5,478 for both residents and nonresidents. On page 2834, the estimated tuition for both residents and nonresidents of Eastern Virginia is a 12-month tuition and should be indicated with the section mark footnote. In addition, Appendix I, Table 1, page 2829, should show that Rush Medical College, Chicago, was organized in 1837. (Reactivation of the college occurred in 1969.)
