Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of the peculiarities of concluding an employment contract with medical officers when hiring them on an external part-time basis. It is noted that the medical organization when concluding such a contract must take into account a number of features. It is noted that there are maximum limit standards for the work of part-time workers, which should not exceed 4 hours per day (with a number of exceptions) and half of the monthly norm for the corresponding category of employees. At the same time, in some cases, restrictions may be different — for example, certain categories of medical personnel can work a monthly rate. The documents that are necessary for concluding an employment contract with a part-time employee are listed, as well as cases when there is no need to conclude such an agreement. The features of the work of an external part-time employee were analyzed in comparison with a full-time employee, conclusions were drawn based on the results of the study.
