Abstract
The Paper deals with the current trends of medical negligence in Nepal and the approaches of the government to deal with the same. Currently Nepal being a developing nation the medical growth is encouraged but at the cost of human lives by allowing the medical negligence cases and not forming the necessary laws as per requirement. Here, I have analyzed the current law the provision considering the landmark cases in Nepal. Furthermore I have done gap analysis of the current provision and what is required along with a comparative analysis of current medical law provisions in India.
