British America: Dr. Richard Noble Starr, of Caradoc, Canada. What were his dates of birth and death? Dr. Orrin C. Wood, of Montreal. His middle name, and dates? Central America: Dr. Perfecto G. Bustamente, of Gaudalajara, Mexico. His middle name, and dates? South America: Dr. Alacombe, Puerto Cabello, Venezuela. Who was this person? If a medical man, his dates and full name?
