Abstract

The article is a generalization of legal positions and focuses on the problems of modern practice. The author analyzes the historical development of mediation with the participation of intermediaries, summarizes gaps in existing legislation and suggests ways to solve them. The author concludes about the prospects for the development of mediation agreements with the participation of notaries.
