Abstract
AbstractThe New Mexico Center for Dispute Resolution has developed a service continuum of mediation and conflict resolution programs for children, youth, and families and has demonstrated that these programs can be effective in responding to some needs of at‐risk children and families. Further, public and private youth agency support and funding can be garnered for youth‐oriented mediation programs, and these programs can then lead to the incorporation of mediation into state youth policy.
