The social support can predict the quality of life of the patients positively and it has an indirect influence which is mediated by the psychological resilience on the patients' quality of life. The psychological resilience mediates the positive effect of the social support on the postoperative patients' quality of life. A good social support system should be established for patients and the psychological resilience level should be enhanced, in order to improve the postoperative patients' quality of life. Key words: Total knee replacement surgery; Quality of life; Psychological resilience; Social support
