Abstract

The paper analysis the course of actions that how media depicts news about COVID-19. This part of the study also investigate the blame put by the public on the media regarding Coronavirus. Theoretically, this study examines how media represents the pandemic of Coronavirus; such as selling books through Amazon, spreading and exaggerating misinformation and comparison of the Coronavirus with other past diseases and movies. For analysis, through random selection data of Blogs has been taken with specific time and space to reach the conclusion. The study found, that media present and propagate the damaging aspect of an issue, as the framing within the study of the blogs was more on the negative frames than the positive aspect regarding the Coronavirus pandemic. This research concludes that the blogs framed the pandemic of the Coronavirus more on panic and fear creation.
