Abstract
With the sale of the Deutsche Telekom AG (DTAG) cable networks in North Rhine-Westphalia, Baden-Württemberg and Hesse to private investors and the announcement by the investors that the cable networks are to be converted from a ‘tree’ to a ‘star’ structure, the second phase of digitization of these cable networks has begun.
