Abstract

Current methods for the re-testing of no result PGT-A embryos requires a second biopsy of additional TE cells. However, the biopsy of excessive TE cells (≥10) has been shown to have an adverse impact on embryonic developmental competence and the probability of achieving a live birth. The aim of this study was to develop a non-invasive alternative to blastocyst re-biopsy for PGT-A no results seeking re-testing.
