Abstract
Superinfection of Raji cells at high multiplicities with EBV leads to the synthesis of at least nine virus-induced polypeptides. Inhibition of viral DNA synthesis with phosphonoacetic acid greatly reduces the synthesis of certain virus-induced proteins while others are made in apparently normal amounts.
