Abstract

At present, nucleoside analogs have become the primary choice in the treatment of HBV infection, which are able to inhibit the replication of HBV effectively. Nevertheless, long-term therapy of nucleoside analogs leads to a resistant mutants. The resistance mechanisms of nucleoside analogs in the treatment of HBV infection are reviewed in this article.
