Abstract
In the paper, based on the model of perfect plastic body, the strength is analyzed for a two-layer water-shut-off baffle adjacent to the bore hole of a production well in a porous medium. This baffle is created by the synthetic resin injection (and its subsequent hardening) into the porous reservoir through the production well. The strength and yield areas for the outer and inner baffle layers were found in the problem parameter space.
